The entire workshop is designed with you in mind. Everything you learn here you’ll be able to apply with your child.

Parent guilt, parent rage, feeling like you’re not doing a good ‘job’, losing your patience, feeling like you’re messing up your kid just for being human… Are feelings all parents struggle with because we never got the memo on how to be a parent.

  • How would you deal with tantrums?

Out with control and punishments, in with trust and empowerment.

Instead of going from 0 to 100, learn how to hold your ground and stay confident in your abilities as a parent in the toughest moments.

  • How would the family dynamic change?

Instead of having a constant sense of chaos, imagine having a communication system that caters to both you and your child.

  • How would your reactions to what your child is saying change?

Imagine going from feeling completely disrespected by your defiant kid, to turning the conversation into an opportunity for understanding and creating genuine connection with them.

  • Reclaim 'Me Time' with Confidence

Instead of feeling like a ‘bad parent’ and drowning in guilt becasue your kid was left home crying, you could own back your time with no remorse.

  • Regulate 'Parent rage'

Feeling like you're about to explode? Understanding how our (parent) brain works and learning self-regulation techniques is the the best gift you can give yourself.

Now, imagine if you could speak the emotional language of your children...

What This Is Not:

  • This is not a way for our children to dictate our boundaries.

  • A quick-fix to control your kids behavior.

I created "The Parent-Child Connection” workshop because I believe that understanding the way our children communicate not only has the power to change the quality of your relationship with them but also the relationship you have with yourself.

Hello there!

I'm Bea Fischer, a certified coach.

And I've been coaching emotional regulation to clients using techniques I've incorporated into my daily life for years.

I used to believe I was unbreakable... until I became a mom.

My world crumbled at even the slightest trigger.

I've experienced mom guilt, mom rage, detached mom syndrome – you name it.

My stress was through the roof and I felt incredibly lost.

Even worse, I felt no real connection to my daughter.

That's when I decided to apply these techniques with her, guiding her through her own emotions so I could understand them better.

What changed?

Everything.

We were able to create a dialogue where we could understand each other.

My daughter navigates through life, exploring her emotions and who she is while I hold my ground (most of the time).

Tantrums have reduced, communication has increased and to say that we feel connected to each other is an understatement.

I have based all my strategies on science-based tools.

And what I've learned is that children have an emotional language.

Every tantrum, every word, every behavior is trying to tell us something and when we learn it, we gain access to their world and once you're in, you'll never want to leave.

And I want to teach you how to do it.
